Executive, Team & Organisational Coach

Hi, I’m Andrew Prior, but my friends call me Andy. I am a certified and accredited executive, team and organisational coach with a passion for accompanying leaders in discovering new ways of thinking, leading, and thriving. My journey into this world began with a vision to become an environmental engineer, inspired by a deep connection to nature. Yet life unfolded in exciting, unexpected ways, guiding me into telecommunications and management consultancy. These experiences taught me invaluable lessons and gave me a front-row seat to the dynamics of corporate life, shaping the coach I am today.

Working across complex systems and with diverse teams, I saw that true transformation happens when leaders empower people at every level and create space for authentic, human-centred interactions. These experiences helped shape my coaching philosophy: I focus on fostering resilience, clarity, innovation and purpose-led transformational leadership that not only adapts to change but thrives within it. My goal is to guide leaders in developing the skills and mindsets to make sustainable, meaningful impacts in their organisations and beyond.

Moving to France gave me space to reflect on what truly mattered. One of my transformative moments came when I decided to create my own company leading me towards a new path of independence and purpose. I realised that technology and business success alone weren't enough for true change, and that leadership qualities and flexibility of mindset were the keys.

My work now focuses on partnering with leaders to create meaningful transformations, not only in their organisations but also in themselves. Leadership, I believe, is about tapping into creativity, fostering collaboration, and realigning with purpose. My coaching is rooted in this belief which has drawn me to a holistic and systemic approaches helping clients find clarity in the volatility, complexity, uncertainty and ambiguity of modern leadership challenges.
